The Orlando Magic were down 16 points in the first half and came roaring back to defeat the top seeded Cleveland Cavaliers in Cleveland to take a 1-0 advantage, 107-106. Dwight Howard, who fouled out in the final minutes of the game, led the way with 30 points and 13 rebounds. Rashard Lewis also chipped in 22 points as he got it going in the second half. He was also responsible for hitting the three pointer that put the Magic up for good. Hedo Turkoglu scored 15 points and dished out a career-high 14 assists.

For the Cleveland Cavaliers, it was all only about one player: Lebron James. Lebron tried to carry his team on his shoulders in the 2nd half after an already phenomenal 1st half. Lebron scored 26 points in the first two quarters. He had a total of 49 points in the game to score a new playoff career-high in points. He also grabbed 6 rebounds and had 8 assists. Mo Williams added 17 points. He had a poor shooting night, as well as the other members of the team.

If the Cavaliers plan on winning this series, they will have to learn how to not rely too much on their MVP. All the other players have to step up and make baskets for the Cavaliers. It will be interesting to see how the Cavaliers will be adjusting to how the Magic played. Game 2 will still be in Cleveland.
