The Orlando Magic only have themselves to blame. Seemingly having the upper hand in regulation, Dwight “Superman” Howard botched important charities that could have all but sealed the game for a tied series.

with the Magic up 87-84, Derek Fisher hit an uncontested 3-point shot to tie the game and send it to overtime. Kobe Bryant, Trevor Ariza, Derek Fisher and Pau Gasol took it from there, thus now taking a 3-1 lead in the 2009 NBA finals.

But it was really Fisher who made the difference. In overtime, his 3 point shot made the difference and ignited the Lakers’ runaway. Again in the stretch, Dwight Howard missed 3 of 4 foul throws that made all the difference.

With 21 seconds left, Hedo Turkoglu forced a 3 point shot which was way off. Pau Gasol iced the game with a pair of free throws for the 99-91 final score.

Game 5 is set at the Amway Arena in Orlando which could be the series clincher for the Lakers if they choose to end it there or at Los Angeles.
