Steve Nash Plays Street Ball in China
It is rare to see professional NBA players play some pickup games with the locals and while Steve Nash of the Phoenix Suns thought he could get away with it, the ploy just didn’t work. He wore a pair of goggles and then a Chinese opera bandana but apparently he was still recognized. Perhaps a moustache or monocle?
Nash is in China for the week doing promotional and charity work. After a few three-on-three half-court games with local regulars, Captain Canada crossed over to the nearby soccer pitch to play a little footy.
Well, good for the Chinese! Rarely would you be able to play ball with one of the NBA’s premier point guards in Steve Nash. What a lucky bunch!
