The Cleveland Cavaliers are bound to be a power if this deal comes through. Sources say the Amare Stoudemire is close to rejoining Shaquille O’Neal over at Cleveland further beefing up the frontline of King James and company. In return, the Phoenix Suns will get Zydrunas Ilgauskas and J.J. Hickson.

The Suns are just actually after Hickson. Ilgauskas is expected to be waived after the trade where he is expected to sign up with the Cavaliers after 30 days.

Cleveland is also talking with Washington about acquiring Antawn Jamison, as well as Indiana about Troy Murphy. Meanwhile, Golden State is trying to entice the Cavs into taking Corey Maggette for Ilgauskas.
